MELTING WITH HIS TOUCH

1060 Words

“His touch calmed me. I thought I was going to melt into the earth.” Ellen Schreiber. Anastasia’s POV As I lay there, I couldn't help but notice the way he was looking at me as if trying to take in my whole body and deciding where to start from. His eyes were fixed on mine, and I could see the admiration and want in them. It was like he was already f*****g me with his eyes, and I could feel my skin heating up under his gaze. I feel so shy and small. My body was screaming at me to touch him, to feel his skin beneath my fingers. I wanted to reach out and trace the lines of his face, to feel the roughness of his jaw beneath my fingertips. I wanted to lean in and kiss him, to feel his lips on mine. But I didn't. I just lay there, frozen in place, obeying his instruction not to touch him.
