"A new lead?" I asked curiously.
Mina nodded. "During the clashes these past two days, Julia and Tanya went to Betty's camp and did a thorough search. They found this under a plank of wood."
Mina pulled out something carefully wrapped in plastic.
I opened the plastic and found a map inside.
Because of the half of the nautical chart Dawson left behind, I was certain this map depicted the entire area.
The hand-drawn map clearly showed the deserted island we were on, with the words "Unnamed Island" penciled in next to it.
As for the mainland, although there was no scale, I was sure it was over 1,200 miles away.
Mina said, "Betty didn't tell us the whole truth! This map shows she knows exactly where we are, and she's been preparing for a fight, ready to face any potential danger."
