Zera’s POV
I woke up in an empty room with the fan blowing over me. I turned around and couldn’t find him. My memory was still a bit foggy but I could remember the last words I heard them say right before I slept off.
“Cain?” I called his name but I didn’t get a reply. Yawning loudly, I crossed out of the bed and intended to reach for the dining table.
“Ooh, I am so hungry!” The words left me just as I stepped on the cold floor.
“Oops!” The word left me as my robe fell off my body.
“Well, we did start but didn’t finish..” I said smiling and blushing so much.
The touch of his hands and how much care he gave to me still remained in my mind. How much I love his arrogance and his way of taking control.
