Ryan stood where he was for a moment, fighting the urge to turn and walk right out the door. And an almost equally strong urge to grab Olivia by the shoulders and make her listen to his side. Yes, he made a mistake which was terribly wrong but at the same time, who goes about fighting a friend for so long without hearing their side? He felt like the matter had been dragged on for too long.
