Ryan decided to pass the night at Josh's place since it was closer and would save him the stress of having to drive all the way home and back the next day for the party. Also, Lisbeth and Julie took Josh's car so he had to drop him off at home first. Getting there, Josh suggested he stays the night cause it was already late and he could go home in the morning.
