Professor Steve Jones walked into the classroom full of first-year law students. He set down his briefcase and adjusted his tie. “Hello, class. Who’s ready for some fun today?” He pulled out his seating chart.
Steve, like many law professors, used the Socratic Method where they would question and prod students to analyze complex legal questions. He would call on students randomly, which kept his students on their toes. Some of his colleagues utilized a modified version of the Socratic Method. Not Steve. He grilled students and challenged them. He wanted to see them sweat, as he found it hilarious.
