Steve needed a break from Miami. Since he didn’t teach on Fridays, he decided to head to New York for a week on Thursday night. He wanted to escape the heat as well as take care of some pending business. He landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport and took a cab to his hotel in Union Square. The city had some great restaurants and bars. He also loved New York’s history of crime and murder. As a lawyer and killer, it was his favorite place. Steve wandered around the city for hours.
