He entered the house in a rush, his hair partially dishevelled from its gel mould.
He rushed to the living room and found them seated, anxious worry visible on their faces. Eleanor stood up hastily and wiped the tears of her face.
“What happened?” Calvin asked, his eyebrows farrowed in an angry manner.
Hector stood up and looked at his son.
“She went outside to fetch a parcel and when time went and she didn’t come back, we began to worry. We searched for her everywhere and she was nowhere to be found so we looked at the cameras.” Hector led Calvin to the office
The television was still on and paused, Hector took the remote control and pressed play.
Calvin ground his teeth and clenched his hands into a fist.
