I asked Carmen nervously, “Do you mind if I join you?”
She looked up at me, stilling my heart and dismissively saids, “Whatever.”
The indoor pool was in a room with clear glass panels on the three outer walls and cathedral ceiling. If it were not for the sconce lights that were located to each of the wall panels that were ten feet apart, you would have thought you were outside. The view was exquisite and as Carmen had dimmed the lights to its lowest setting, it gave it a warm romantic glow that was even more so as the moonlight and the stars illuminated the space.
