Chapter 2

Amber's pov

Soon it was Tuesday I can't wait for zylara to see the gift I prepared for her she would love it, as if that would be the worse day of her life she would regret ever being born. I quickly brought out the gown I wanted her to wear with the shoes and then went to her room to find her starring outside the window, here are your clothes, thank you Amber she said I noded and walked out of the room as I sneered and said in my heart "you really don't need to thank me for ruining your life, but anyways you're welcome " 😁😁

and I need to see Timothy. I waked into my room dressed up and went to zylara room "don't forget the time 7pm" I said and went to find mum in the sitting room. Mum am stepping out for a sec! ok baby but be back early,ok mum I left.

Mrs Smith pov

I sat down I the sitting room thinking of my next plan to marry zylara to the Murphy family for our company's life span to stay long, at least we will have the backing of the Murphy family. Although zylara is living in the Smith family house, she not my daughter. We saw her on the way to an occasion laying on the ground on the express way, it looks like she fell from a hill, we dicided to help because she was wearing branded clothes we thought she was from a rich family. We never told zylara that we are not her parents we wanted her to work for us. I snapped out of my thoughts when amber came looking all dressed up " mum am stepping out for a bit" she said ok baby but don't stay long !

Zylara pov

I woke up from the bed and starred out of the window, in a blink of an eye it was already Tuesday which is my birthday another day with pain and insult except that amber is throwing me a party for the first time. For the past 18 years of my life I never held any birthday party, but amber every year she host a party while I stay in my room being locked up as I was still thinking amber came into the room with a dress and a pair of shoes " don't forget the time 7pm " thanks amber I said, she muttered something and left I sat there for a while before going down to have breakfast when mum hissed passed me and went up stairs. I walked passed her and went to the kitchen to find the left over dishes from yesterday and heated them up and ate. I walked to my room and went to the bathroom to have morning bath, after I finish bathing I wore my cloth and went through the hidden door at the back of my wardrobe, I browsed through my laptop and saw that my account has been credited I smiled and looked what the person purchased it was a pair of sapphire earrings. I stayed in the hidden room for hours, before I knew it was already 6pm I quickly left the room and entered my bathroom, I came out of the bathroom and went downstairs to have the leftovers from lunch and then went back to my room. I dressed up and waited patiently for amber to come pick me up. Before then it was 6:45, she came few minutes later and we left for the hotel where the birthday party was held. As we walked through the hall we stopped at a room which could contain at least twenty people, we walked inside and almost immediately, people stood up to greet amber while disregarding me at her back. When the people which I assumed where her friends I asked her where Timothy my fiance was, she replied" he would soon be here". Later he came and hugged me and also said happy birthday I thanked him, he toasts me a drink and I drank it within minutes other people still came to toast me which I also agreed. Minutes later I started feeling dizzy amber carried to the guest room saying she would be back when the party was over to take me home. I agreed and went to lay in the bed, I stood up later and was looking for the bathroom because I was drunk I staggered out of the room and unknowingly went to the top floor and entered one of the room.

Timothy pov

After my toast with zylara I went to look for amber, I saw her talking to some friends and excused her for a second. Took her to the male restroom and kissed her heavily while saying" job done baby" after we were through in the restroom I went home immediately and jumped on the bed imaging zylara face tomorrow hehehehehe I laughed and then slepped off

Amber pov

After the party was over I left but not before giving the boy I paid to have fun with zylara and also reminding him to take her nude pictures I came out of the hotel and boarded a cab home immediately. when I got home mom asked me where I zylara I said " mom I saw zylara follow an old man into his expensive car I tried to call her but she didn't even look back as the car zoomed off I saw my sister at the front seat she was laughing with the old man I explained crying and mum I also pursued the car but by the time I got there the car brushed passed me I also injured myself" mom look at my leg I cried . Don't worry baby we will find her, dad cursed her "that stupid girl following a man she wants to disgrace the Smith family, Do not worry amber dad will surely find that bastard".
