ZARA’S POV
A round of applause echoed the moment Victor’s name was mentioned. I looked around instantly, checking if Victor was around. I didn’t see him and instead, my step sister, Nadia stepped to the podium. I didn’t even know she attended the event until that moment.
Nadia accepted the award and she went to give a speech. She looked around, smiling and all eyes were fixed on her. At least, my eyes were.
