I don't think I slept so peacefully in a very, very long time. I believe that I even woke up with a smile on my face, and we haven't really done anything, well aside from kissing, but still that made my life gain a 'Walking on Sunshine' soundtrack. Maybe Matie is actually right, and I'm too easily pleased.
My movements were lighter, with a happy bounce to my every step. Goddess, I was giddy like a schoolgirl on the night of her prom, so by the time Matilda and I joined our friends over breakfast I was smiling to every passing student, totally annoying my roommate with my newly found friendliness. This was one of the best days this year brought me, and I wanted to pour some of that joy on my friends, so taking my usual seat I greeted everyone with a wide grin.
