Yesterday's party was strange. Rob, even though he was right there next to me by body, had his mind elsewhere and no matter what, he wouldn't tell me what was going on. I hate secrets, I know shocking coming from the girl who has been keeping all of her friends in the dark for an entire year, but knowing that my Mate is hiding something got me creeps.
It's not hard to figure that I wasn't completely myself too. It was supposed to be the best way to end this year with my Pack, family and friends all in the same place. But what happened between Nim and Rob only brought me distress.
In the early morning when we returned to my room I decided to bluntly confront Rob about what the hell was going on. His only response was that he's resolving an issue.
