“Hey Chef, what are you cooking today? It sure smells good?” i heard him chuckle, he knows i'm always hungry when i get back from patrol, He poured something into a bowl and placed some garlic bread in it, thats my favorite, He placed it down on the table then looked at me,
“Savage, you found your mate, who’s the lucky dragon to have a powerful guard as yourself,” Shaking my head as i stuffed my mouth with bread and soup, I swallowed before i said anything, i didnt want to talk with my mouth full,
“Chief he's with his family in the cell, he came through the portal, if he's wearing a spray i will know in the two hour mark, so i'm going to keep going down there to see if its true or not, but right now, if you do not mind, could you kindly fill four bowls of that wonderful soup you have cooked, i'm going to feed them,”
“Are they rogues?”
“I really don’t know if they are, but Warrior keeps saying their not, that they are looking for something, i'm just glad i found them before they ate the poison berries that are around here, goddess knows what would happen then,” I watched as he poured four bowls of soup putting one slice of garlic bread inside of each one, taking the tray i made my way back to the cells, i opened the door and my mates scent hit my nose right away, an hour down and the scent is still strong, one more hour, and i will know for sure, i remember many years ago that someone tried to play that joke on me, they didnt know about the two hour mark, i was glad that we didn’t mate or mark, i kept telling him i wanted to wait until i could shift, but when that two hour mark went by, i couldn’t smell that scent anymore, he was only trying to hurt the king thinking he could find his way inside through me, not a fat chance in h3ll. I walked to the large cell where they were, opened the door slid in the food then shut and locked it again, i stood there just watching him, i wanted to know his name, my dragon wanted him to mate and mark us right now, but i kept saying no, not right now, i wanted this to be real, but another side of me kept telling me to just make sure, i knew one thing, and one thing only, they were not rogues I finally decided to talk to them once again,
“Are you family, who is the leader here, and why are you here? No one comes through that portal without reason,”
“I am the alpha here, my name is Erick, this is my luna Kelly, Your mates name is Marco he is my son, Samuel is my other son, he points out another with shoulder leangth dark hair the same with my mates, wait they are twins, great how will i tell them apart. I have another son out there, Marco told him to wait until i got their but he was stubborn, he wanted to find Levonna, his mate, that he rejected all due to my ex mate that threaten them,”
“So you have three sons, does he look just like these two, or does he look different from them?”
“They are my triplet sons, the lady that i now know as Kelly spoke, they did a horrible thing, making her leave, all due because of the other woman, she threaten to kill their father if they did not run her off, so they had to, I am disppointed in them, and i am going to punish them when we finally get home,”
“Calm down Kelly, right now is not the time, My son is stubborn, he goes after what he wants, and what he wants is Levonna, he hopes that she forgives him for what he had said to her,”
“That stubborness can get him killed being in this world, You will not be harmed i know you are not rogues, we are still waiting for the king and queen to get here, the second hour is almost up mate, I will be back down when it’s up, until then eat your food you all need to stay strong,” I left to head back, i needed a shower and to change my clothes my shift is over, the royals was still not back yet, I hoped everything was okay, I rushed to my room, it was a simple room, with a queen size bed, two large dressers and a walk in closet, there was a tv mounted on the wall, i pulled out ripped jeans and a pullover green shirt, i quickly took a shower washing my long red hair, rinsed off, turned the water off then got out to dry off, then got dressed, I looked at the time, it was the two hour mark,
“Go to mate, see if you still smell his scent,”
“No not right now, i am too worried about the royals. We need to wait,”
“Just go down to the damn cells and find out. You know they are not here to harm anyone. Just let them out,”
“No, i do not know that, i will take some warriors down with me, and we will let them out, the guards will be with them all day so no harm will come to anyone,” i was still on my guard, i did not want anything to happen to the kingdom, mate or not, i will kill him if he tries anything.
Adonis pov
we have been gone for about six hours now, I got a link from Savage letting me know that the guy im carrying in my talons has a family that is looking for him. So i knew we needed to get home, Before we got home, we got attacked by dragon rogues they always try and challange any dragon that came into few to see who the strongest was, but they noticed the boy i was carrying so they targeted what was in my talons, i had to sway back and forth, one was in my front the other was in my back, i knew what they were about to do, they were going to blow fire, i was counting, i knew what i needed to do, and then out it came from the rogues mouth, i went down, as the rogues caught each other on fire, i watched as they flew to the water to put the fire out on their bodies, they will never learn, we where almost home, I couldn’t wait because the boy woke up screamed bloody murder then blacked out again, the girl my mate had was struggling trying to get free, So Liv had to fly higher to just get her to stop struggling, Joy was riding on her brothers back, she was laying her head down bonding with him, i mindlinked him,
“Drago, meet your sister Joy, Joy, meet your brother Drago. You have become a beautiful princess my daughter, what a happy day that you are finally home my child, it's been such a long time, we will have to redo your room, not to mention your mate has been looking for you for years, he has not given up on you,
“I thought he would had, the last time we spoke is when we agreed to wait until i shifted to see if we where truly mates, lets wait and see how things go when we get home, He might have someone else in another pack, im not going to get my hopes up, How can anyone even wait this long, the man has needs father, we havent even bonded, so if he has another mate, i have no right to be angry, lets just get home so we can settle in and get used to me being home again.” we ended the link as we flew the rest of the way home, When we finally saw the castle, i knew something was different, i could smell it, it was the new comers scent that i smelled, they were not werebear or werewolf, what where those people.
Levonna pov
i got tired of screaming since Joy couldn’t talk to me, So i tried to sleep, it was pretty hard since I had these long talons around my shoulders they were keeping me from falling to my death, after awhile i just relaxed, i was still planing on trying to get away when we landed, there was no way this huge thing could run after me once it let go of me, i saw Bama he was knocked out, i heard him scream bloody murder and then nothing, I wanted to forgive the brothers, but being their mate. i think it was best not to be i considered them my brothers, and what they said to me i would always remember, my heart was shattered to pieces, I don’t even know why i ran into his arms, I guess i wanted my family that much, I was scared and didn’t know where i was, i still didn’t know where i was. I just wanted to go home and rest, but being up in the air like this, i knew i was far from home, i took the time to look at the colors of this dragon, it was very beautiful I saw bright colors on its wings, like a bright orange with a hint of light sky blue, very beauitful just like a sunset, the rest of it was colorful scales, i tried touching its chest, but i couldnt quite touch it, so i decided to touch its talons, trust me i was scared shitless to do it, but damn it hand me by the shoulders so why not, So i started touching its claws, they were sharp and i could tell it could rip me apart with one try, i decided not to touch them anymore, i didn’t want to get it mad at me before i ran from the thing, I almost screamed out when two more dragons came they weren’t playing around either, they were trying to fight the one that had Bama, One in front the other in the back, I tried to watch but this one kept flying like it was in a hurry to get away, The only thing i saw was it flew down once the fire came out of the dragons mouth burning each other,
“ I ended up screaming at them, “Ha! thats what you get for trying to hurt another dragon you a$$ hats,” i could had sworn that this dragon started laughing about what i said, well atleast i got it to laugh maybe the thing wont eat me, but we will see, We flew for awhile longer and to tell you the truth my arms started to hurt, i wondered why i couldn't just sit on its back while it flew, but then i would be scared shitless, i rather do this so the thing would have a good grip on me, I didn’t want to look down, so I kept looking up or ahead of me, that's when I saw this huge castle, holy crap are we going to attack who ever that's inside of it, why? I don’t want to be a part of killing people inside a castle, I saw people coming out of it, wait, they look familiar. Was Erick and Kelly? What the hell happened to Jessica? was this a trap? I decided i was going to run as fast as i could once we land, i wasnt going to take any chances on this, they said if they ever saw me again they would kill me, so i needed to run to save my life,
