I was left speechless after my wolf's words. Mate? My mate is human? Oh, just f*****g great. Why Goddess? I am taking over the strongest pack in the world soon, and you fated me with a human? I don't care that she is some badass. Humans have lower standards about everything in their lives. I couldn't imagine that fate will play with me like this. I am leaving in two months. She doesn't even know about the supernatural, and she would be a weak Luna. "Stop talking bad about our mate! She is perfect for us, as we are for her. We need to win her over, so she can come with us to the U.S." I shook my head in disapproval. But still, I was in front of her room, not able to move my feet. I know that my eyes are flickering, cause I am fighting Ares for control now. "Please, Ares we just came here. We will get to know her, and be in her company for two months. We need to go to our room now, I don't want to look spooky if someone sees us." He reluctantly agreed, still taking the big sniffs in front of her room. Finally, I managed to get into my room, take a quick shower, and go to sleep. Easier said than done. I was tossing and turning in my bed, and somehow fell asleep in the dawn.

The next thing I know, I was awakened by the most melodic voice I have ever heard in my life. Ares is purring in my head, pushing me to open my door and meet with her. " Ares, I am practically naked, I need to take a shower." He growled in my head and moved in the back of my mind. I looked at the watch on my night table, and couldn't believe my eyes. s**t, I am late, training starts in 15 minutes! Great, I don't have time for breakfast. Turning the cold water on the shower, I kept wondering how it is possible for me to oversleep in the morning. I usually sleep 3-5 hours, waking more tired than before. I peacefully slept, and did I wake up on time? What the hell? "Its mate bond, you dummy. She is calming us down, and we didn't touch her yet. Can't wait to do that." Ares purred again, waging his tail. Could it be? She is calming me? Great, I am addicted to her and haven't seen her face yet.
