ARIA'S POV His text was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes. *I need to tell you something. Please let me.* I have blocked him so many times but he keeps on showing up with new numbers. I stared at it for a full minute without moving Pillow still under my cheek, phone in my hand, the morning light coming through the east window doing nothing to help. Then I put the phone face-down on the mattress, got up, and made coffee. I stood at the kitchen counter while it brewed and looked at nothing in particular.
