Clara's POV-
" Amelia is trying to make me do what I do not want to do; you know how she has been trying to get me to be with her? I have refused her; I have always done that, and I did it today as well," he said.
His eyes were fixed on me, blinking repeatedly because he was a bit scared that I was not going to believe him.
I heard what they talked about so I know that he turned her down.
" Have you been giving her the access to think that she can have you? She has your father and even your brother as well, and she still thinks that having you is going to work? Or do you want her?" I raised my eyebrows at him.
I saw how frustrated he looked; I did not care; he was trying so hard to make me see that he was doing nothing and he would do nothing as well. But I was not moved by it.
