After driving several hours, Lynn was relieved to be able to get out of the vehicle and stretch her legs for a while. She rolled her neck around to alleviate the stiffness and walked behind the SUV while Alexis filled the tank with gas. “We should grab some lunch before we hit the road again. We’re starving,” she said as her hand pressed against the center of her abdomen.
“Lunch sounds like a good idea. I wouldn’t want any of my loves to starve.” She reached forward and rubbed her palm across Lynn’s stomach. Alexis glanced around the area with a frown when she realized there was nothing but trees and interstate surrounding them. “Where the hell are we anyways?”
“Well,” Lynn said as she leaned against the side of the vehicle. “According to the exit sign we’re in Woodstock, Virginia.”
