Chapter 5 “What can I get for you, sugar?” The voluptuous bartender leaned forward, her cleavage bursting from the confines of her black leather vest. Lynn forced a smile. “I’ll have a beer.” “One beer coming right up,” the red lips said with a grin. Lynn murmured appreciatively when the frosty mug pressed against her parched lips. Since they’d been trying to conceive, Lynn had avoided alcohol. “Thanks.” Maybe coming to a bar this late at night wasn’t the smartest idea she’d had lately, but she needed to get out of the house.
