Goddess Nella is glowing. Her skin shines with the new life growing inside of her. Every single part of my soul wishes we could slow down and cherish this time together, but we cannot. Our pack needs us together in solidarity.
She heads out to meet with Christella and interview the spy who was in with the women and children. I almost pity her. Nella is no nonsense on a good day and with her pregnancy hormones pounding through her body, I suspect she will have no mercy.
I head out to go meet with Sam and several of our warriors. We have to debrief and discuss the previous battle in order to prepare for the next one.
As I arrive at my office, Sam, Chris, and Dane stand outside waiting. Chris and Dane are some of our most experienced warriors.
