Tara had arrived at the hospital and overheard Patrick arguing with Derek. After learning what happened, she had been furious for nearly an hour. Now she had snatched the phone away.

"This is all Patrick's fault. I told him Derek was impulsive. I told him yesterday to go talk to Derek face-to-face. But he refused. He insisted on staying at the hospital."
