I’ve waited for Katherine’s answer to my question. Or rather an invitation to stay. Glad that I saw Tina when I entered the bar. She likes Perry so much that I had to ask her to approached my cousin and if she could steal him from Katherine. I want to be with my secretary tonight. My ninety days were running fast.
“I brought her here, I will send her home,” Perry answered with a grin, like he knew I was interested with Katherine too.
“Tina needs company.” I shrugged my shoulders, hoping that Perry could read between the lines. It was always like that. When he knows I like the girl, he was willing to step back.
“Why don’t we just drink here all the four of us?” Katherine suggested which made me rub my neck. I wanted to be with her alone. But I guess it was impossible.
