Marcus had arranged for Willy's half-brother to be brought to the safe house in New Jersey. The man who emerged from the encrypted communications channel and then from a car that pulled into the facility's underground garage was nothing like what Willy expected. Willy had imagined someone cold and broken by years of captivity and manipulation. Instead, he met a man who appeared to be in his early thirties, intelligent and articulate, though with a sadness in his eyes that spoke of profound loss. "My name is David Morgan," the man said, extending his hand. "I am your brother, and I have wanted to meet you for a very long time."
