David and Allura finally make their way to the sprawling Thellitophia mansion in the human realm, a grand estate that has been in Allura's family for generations. Built by her grandparents over a century ago, the mansion stands as a testament to their lineage and history. The exterior, with its intricate stonework and lush gardens. As Allura and David stepped inside, they were greeted by Crystal, an ever-dedicated vampire butler of Allura's family, who had taken it upon herself to care for the mansion like it was her own. Her ageless presence and unwavering loyalty add a certain charm to the place, even as shadows from the past linger in the corners.
Crystal immediately handed both Allura and David the crucial documents they needed before they embarked on their mission. The papers contained not just any information, but a detailed account of the most influential family in the country alongside a list of government officials. This knowledge is essential; understanding the power dynamics is vital to avoiding potential conflicts that could jeopardize their mission. Failure is not an option for Allura—anything less than success would reflect poorly on her family and herself, and she simply can't let that happen.
For months, they meticulously studied every detail, strategizing around possible obstacles and crafting solutions in advance to ensure that they are ready for anything that might come their way.
Tomorrow marks June 3, 2023—the anticipated first day of class in this unfamiliar world they entered. Everything must unfold according to plan. They began working on their documents on May 10; the goal was to establish their identities and integrate them into the community without attracting undue attention. They made sure that their fabricated backgrounds had to be flawless, allowing them to blend in seamlessly among the locals.
"We must kick off the mission tomorrow. We can't afford to waste any time," Allura said, her tone emphasizing the urgency of their situation.
"What's your plan, your grace?" Crystal inquired; her curiosity evident but her demeanor remaining formal.
"You don't need to know since you won't be joining us," Knowing that Crystal is an invaluable resource, they made sure that the mission was to be executed by David and Allura.
With their files prepared and ready to go, their target is the prestigious university owned by the Villamor family. As their first step, the Villamor are recognized as the wealthiest family in the country. Their influence spans various industries, from elite educational institutions to luxurious hotels and innovative production companies. The family is well-known, and they only have one heir—their sole successor, Shaun Villamor, who is poised to take over the family business.
In this scenario, David will assume the role of a new employee at the university, a teacher. While Allura will be enrolling as a transfer student from Zellia, a foreign country far from Masoumah. This placement will allow them to gather invaluable intel and navigate the elite circles they need to infiltrate. It's a delicate operation, but with careful planning and the right execution, they're ready to step into this new chapter.
As the day started, she went to the dean's office first thing in the morning. Talking about something private, she then controls the dean's mind into following her orders.
As this year started its first class, this year isn't going to be the best year as an orphan for him. This year is going to be a nightmare once again.
It's like a rerun of a bad movie that he can't escape from. He has become the prime target for bullying, and it's not even for any reason other than the fact that he is an orphan. He absolutely doesn't do anything to deserve this kind of treatment, yet he keeps receiving it, constantly in the crosshairs of those who seem to find joy in making his life miserable.
In the middle of minding his own business, walking through the hall, when he suddenly collided with a couple of kids around his age. Great, just what I needed: a living punching bag on two legs.
"Oh, who do we have here", Cristian, the leader of the bullies.
"This trash hasn't changed at all!" Cristian's voice rang through the air like a sinister anthem. The laughter that followed was shrill and taunting, echoing down the hall, amplifying the humiliation in a way that made his heart race with anxiety.
The assault came without warning.
Before he knew it, he was being kicked, each blow feeling like it was meant to reinforce the idea that he didn't belong to this expensive university. The irony of it all stung more than the pain itself. In order to get into university, he had to earn his place here through sheer intellect, clinching a scholarship that opened the gates to this prestigious institution.
Yet, it felt as though he was an intruder amidst a sea of privilege, surrounded by the children of the elite—like the daughter of the most esteemed family in Helder and the son of the biggest business magnate in Masoumah, Shaun Villamor.
In the middle of all the beating, he could no longer bear the torment. Fleeing down the corridor, he made a beeline for the dean's office, desperate for help.
The moment he entered, he was struck by the presence of a stunning lady sitting behind the desk—a true vision resembling a goddess. Her features were enchanting: siren-like eyes that seemed to draw me in, a tall, elegantly pointed nose, heart-shaped lips that looked like they were sculpted by an artist, and long hair that glimmered like freshly fallen snow. But as mesmerizing as she was, he had no time to admire her beauty as he had an important matter to address—reporting the latest round of bullying he had endured.
Of course, he'd been down this road before, voicing his concerns countless times. Each time, the dean's response was the same: ignore them, steer clear of the aggressors.
"You're here again, Mr. Ace Morpil? I told you that I would look into this case, I promise." The dean said.
"Since you're here, can you give Ms. Thellitophia a tour around the University?" she asked, shifting the conversation to something Ace didn't expect.
"W-why must I be the one to do t-that?" He stuttered, staring at the ground. Eye contact made him anxious; every time he looked up, Allura's piercing gaze sent shivers racing down his spine.
"You are the school's representative, of course. It's your responsibility to show new students around." No room for negotiation here; the man was being volunteered for a task he had no desire to complete.
Great, just my luck.
As if her presence weren't nerve-wracking enough, he hoped that after that he wouldn't have to cross paths with her again.
"Please follow me, Ms."
As they walked through the hall, other students were mesmerized by the beauty of Allura, their eyes fixated on her as if they were disciples gazing reverently at a deity. It was an unsettling sight. Meanwhile, Ace was staring at her eyes and couldn't help but notice that her eyes were red—or perhaps she was just wearing contacts to enhance her captivating look. Each step felt heavy; the pressure of this moment was palpable, and Ace could only hope that this tour would end quickly.
"Hey, Ace, who's that chick huh? Your girlfriend?" Cristian teased, their condescending laughter ringing in the air like a bad omen.
"S-she's the new transferee, I-I know nothing else but that," he stammered, his heart racing.
When would they just leave me alone? I'm so damn tired of this.
"So, your name is Ace," Allura said, her voice surprised Ace with its richness and depth. He had never encountered a girl with such a deep voice before; it was almost captivating, but he had no intention of engaging her. Maybe she'd just end up being another reason for these jerks to pester him even more.
"You're quite shy, huh? And I can tell by your voice that you're anxious. Hi, guys, I'm Allura Thellitophia. If you don't mind, could you stop pestering my tour guide? You guys are bullshitting us—have some respect," she stated firmly. Her boldness seemed to incite the bullies' rage even more.
Seriously? She is nuts! I can't believe she's already made an enemy on her very first day of school. It was clear that she had messed with the wrong crowd.
As they made their way to the cafeteria to grab some snacks after all the walking.
Ace couldn't hold back any longer. "Hey! Are you crazy? You have no idea who you're messing with! I've had enough humiliation, and now this whole thing is going to make my life a living hell!" He blurted out, frustration pouring out of him. She just stared back, and she looked annoyed, which only added to his stress.
The tour continued, and Ace discovered that she and he were in the same classroom. Can this day get any worse?
After lunch, they barely spoke. Even though he had yelled at her and blamed her for everything, a wave of guilt washed over him. Apologizing wasn't an option, though. The best course of action seemed to be keeping his distance from her. Avoiding her would surely prevent him from stepping into more trouble.
As class was wrapping up, Ace couldn't shake off the earlier events. Allura sat next to him, her expression strict and calm, exuding an air that felt more intimidating than comforting. This girl looked more like a bully than the ones who'd tormented him. Still, there was something strangely soothing about her beautiful face, even if she radiated trouble.
Finally, the day came to an end. Despite his best intentions to avoid Allura, reality dictated that he'd see her every day moving forward. He didn't want to keep facing bullying just because he happened to be around someone like her.
After school, Ace felt drawn to visit the orphanage where he grew up. Despite his tough life, he felt enveloped in love and warmth from his friends there.
"Brother Ace!" Lia, one of the kids from the orphanage, came running towards him, her face lit up with the cutest smile imaginable. Her friends trailed behind her, matching her energy.
"How was school?" she asked, wrapping her arms around Ace in a tight hug.
"I was having fun there; I met a very beautiful girl. However, she seems strange and rude," he replied, carefully balancing the truth and fiction. He couldn't possibly risk telling them about the bullying, thinking that they might get worried.
Their conversation flowed easily, filled with laughter and joy, but soon it started getting late, the sun slowly went down as the moon slowly rises. He had to head back to my apartment. The walk back felt long as he contemplated the day.
Even though he was facing chaos every day at school, he remained determined to finish college and secure a job at one of the finest companies in Celeste. He had dreams and plans for his future, and no amount of hell would deter him from striving for it.
