Left with Daniel’s passed out body in the room, I had no choice but to drag him across the floor by the collar of his shirt. He’s a heavy fellow and my face is practically purpling from the effort of taking him out of the room. I deposited him out in the hall, locking the door behind me before sliding to the ground with my back to the door. My arms wrapped around me as I closed my eyes and prayed that my nightmare would end soon. It’s been a long couple of hours and my mind seems to be reeling from everything that’s happened. I do not know how long I stayed locked inside that room hugging myself.
