Someone's POV:
In a secluded corner of the prestigious school, a trio of boys and girls lounged in an exclusive lounge, a space reserved solely for their privileged group. Their elevated status was evident in their own private office, a testament to their powerful influence within the school.
"Guys, have you heard?" asked the fair-skinned boy with the sharp nose and rosy lips. In short, a heartthrob.
"Heard what?!" retorted the girl with long, fluttery eyelashes and perfectly manicured red nails. Her beauty was striking, a flawless blend of elegance and s*x appeal.
"There’s a new kid in school!" the boy repeated.
"What?! Really?! How come?!" exclaimed the tall, dark-haired boy with a charmingly refined look.
"Oh, I heard he caused all sorts of trouble at his old schools," said one of the girls, as if she’d already heard the juicy gossip.
"Wow, that’s wild. I wonder what he did to end up here," the dark-haired boy mused.
"Well, according to my sources, he pushed his math teacher off the fifth floor because he was angry. He also cut a girl’s hair, broke lab equipment, hit a kid with a bat, and almost burned down his old school. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg," the first boy revealed, his voice dripping with a mix of curiosity and disdain.
"Wow, he's quite a handful, huh?" remarked the girl with the deep red lips, her voice surprisingly gentle.
"I'm not so sure. The report might be exaggerated. I heard he was set up, and everything was just an accident," the boy countered.
"Oh, come on. He's weak. Those 'crimes' are nothing. He didn't even kill anyone," scoffed the girl who seemed to be the other boy's sidekick.
"Yeah, I'd like to meet this newbie," the boy, who'd been compared to Zeus, agreed.
"We're all in!" the group chorused. "Good luck, newbie!" they taunted.
Meanwhile, in a different part of the school...
"Please! I'm sorry! It was an accident!" begged the large, muscular man.
"Oh, now you're sorry? Where was your big mouth when you were picking on me?" sneered the smaller, more agile boy, his voice filled with contempt.
The larger man seemed terrified of the smaller one, his fear disproportionate to their size difference. It was as if the smaller boy held some kind of power over him.
"Please, don't kill me. I'll do anything," the man pleaded.
"Too late for that. You messed with the wrong person," the boy replied, picking up a stick.
The larger man cowered as the smaller boy raised the stick. "I'm sorry! I'll take you to the hospital! Just please, don't hurt me!" he begged.
"Oh, now you're begging? Where was your tough guy act when you were beating me up?" the boy mocked. With a furious swing, he struck the larger man.
"Ouch! Stop! I give up! I'm sorry!" the man cried out in pain.
The larger man trembled before the smaller boy, as if the smaller held his life in his hands. It was absurd. Such a large man, so terrified of someone so small. If anyone had seen them now, they would have laughed. A giant, begging a twig of a boy. But it was late, and the school was deserted, save for the buildings and the silent company of the night.
"Please, just don't kill me. I'll do anything," the man pleaded.
"Oh, it's too late for that, mister. You should've thought of that before you messed with me. I was just minding my own business, and you had to come and bully me," the boy retorted, picking up a stick.
"I'm sorry! I'll take you to the hospital! Anything!" the man begged again.
"Oh, now you're sorry? Where was your big mouth when you were beating me up?" the boy mocked. With a swift motion, he struck the man.
"Ouch! Stop! Please, stop!" the man cried out.
"You think you're tough? Well, look at you now! You're nothing but a coward!" the boy taunted, continuing to beat the man.
"Yuck, I thought you were some kind of tough guy. Look at you now! You almost killed me. You touched me! I hate you! You're useless!" the boy yelled, his anger escalating.
"Remember this," he warned, as he kicked the man, who was now lying on the ground, bruised and battered. "I may look weak, but I can destroy you. Don't you dare tell anyone about this. I'll be watching you."
With that, the boy turned and walked away, laughing to himself as he processed the encounter with the bully. It was an unsettling realization, confirming his suspicions of their intimidating nature. He couldn't shake the feeling of unease as he distanced himself from the situation, making mental notes of their faces for caution. "So this is what they're like," he muttered. "A bunch of bullies. I was right."
Exiting the school grounds, his steps slowed as he found himself drawn to the grandeur of the entrance. The architectural marvel that was the school's entrance delighted his senses, showcasing a blend of modernity and sophistication. The automatic gates stood tall and imposing, hinting at exclusivity and security, while the palm scanners added a touch of futuristic intrigue. Above the gates, the ornate sign proclaiming "Welcome to Ce ix Hunter University" in luminous script evoked a sense of scholarly pride and accomplishment.
Reflecting on the upcoming experience at this prestigious institution, a mix of excitement and apprehension bubbled within him. There was a flicker of nostalgia in his eyes as he reminisced about past adventures that bore semblances to the challenges lying ahead. "This is going to be interesting," he mused to himself, a mischievous twinkle betraying his readiness for whatever lay in store. Embracing the unknown with a sense of curiosity and determination, he ventured forth into this new chapter of his academic journey, prepared for the unexpected twists and turns that awaited him.
"Just like old times."
