IX - Inappropriate Disclosure
Their friends arrived Wednesday evening to assist with Maria’s belongings. James had rented a small moving van and they retrieved it on the way home from work. It sat outside of their apartment, waiting to be filled.
After an emotional moment with Lori and Jason, during which they thanked them profusely for their monetary gift, they heard Matt pull up in his Eclipse. Jason suggested that they greet their friends outside and the four of them stepped into the humid evening air. Maria winced, uncomfortable in the heat. She hoped they would finish their task quickly tonight.
“Hey there, newlyweds!” cried Matt as he approached the group by the moving van.
Behind him, Sarah grinned at the couple. “Still happy and glowing I see!” she observed, c*****g her head.
