With a moan, Maria wrapped her arms around his neck. “I love you, James,” she whispered as he rocked her body. “And I won’t let you be alone.”
James sighed and buried his face in her hair. Maria continued to stroke his short locks and he focused on her soothing touch. The sensation of her fingers on his body always felt incredible, whether for comfort or pleasure. He was relieved to know that he would feel them every single day for the rest of his life.
