Chapter Fourteen WHEN RAFFERTY FINALLY arrived home after another demanding day, he put a frozen lasagne in the microwave. While it cooked, he jumped in the shower and threw some things in a bag for his trip to Wales. He was out of the door in less than an hour. The cross-country trip from Essex to Gwynedd in Wales, Llewellyn's old stamping ground and where his mother still lived, was as difficult as he had expected it would be.
