Chapter Thirty-One CONFRONTATION Huldar set the alarm on the Went-cave as best he could, then started for the sprawling base-camp of the Host. It was mid-afternoon when stepped through the ridge-top portal and made his way down the muddy slope to the tent city. His senses sought and found Olatu as he emerged from the dining hall. The Faythan turned left along a tent-lined street of raised boards to where the supervisory staff resided. Huldar took a shortcut through the Cantori encampment, intent on catching him quickly.
