After a frugal breakfast the travelers rode in the two vans and started the short trip they had already made the day before. Batbayar was driving a vehicle carrying Tsegseg, Martín and Jack, while in the other Dennis was carrying Deborah, Selma and Bodniev. The Mongol custodians were left to take care of the camp, but in reality Batbayar did not want them to witness the events that would eventually happen.
