Chapter 2

[ Master , you are fine . ]

A female voice suddenly appeared in Jack 's head . He seemed to be asking the state of his master at this time.

" Huuuuuffttt ! " There was no answer from Jack . There was only a very long exhalation of breath out of his mouth. Apparently , Jack was still trying to understand the situation . Not long after , Jack began to rise from his previous position which was still sitting . It seems , Jack has started to accept his current situation .

" System , can you tell me everything you know about this world ? " Jack said as he walked towards one of the sofas which was nearby .

[ Okay sir . ]

[Firstly , this is the world in the Questhunt game . Games you haven't played in a long time. ]

[ Second , Master has officially died in the real world and your soul has been sent to this world . ]

[ Thirdly , the body you are currently using is the artificial body that is in the system . ]

[ Those three pieces of information are basic things you should know , sir . ]

Hearing that , Jack seemed to be speechless while holding his head .

" So , you are saying that I am dead and my soul has passed into this world ? " asked Jack .

[That's right, sir. ]

" Then , there is one more question . Why was I the one you chose to enter this game ? " Jack asked .

[There's only one reason. Namely , because you are strong . ]

" Then why am I the only one you summoned to this world ? Don't you know there are other players ? " Jack asked again .

[Because in this world there are already 9 people who are called the strongest. So , I can only bring 1 person only . ]

" Who and where are they now ? " asked Jack .

[You will find out when Master visits the capital. ] There was a long conversation between Jack and the system inside his head .

" There are still many things I have to know about this world . " Jack thought .

" Capital , huh ? Looks like it will be interesting . As long as I play this game , I remember only going there a few times . And even then only during certain events . " Jack continued .

" However , before I go to the capital , it is interesting to have a look at this place . Which I have been away from for 3 years . " Jack said as he walked into the mansion .

For a moment Jack stopped in the lobby of the mansion while looking around him carefully. Two long benches adorn the corner of the room. Right in front of Jack's eyes, you can see two stairs connecting the 1st and 2nd floors of the mansion. Under the stairs, there are several doors that connect the lobby to different rooms.

" Kruuk .... ! Kruuuuukk .... ! " Suddenly a voice that came from Jack 's stomach sounded very loud in the lobby .

" Ah , my stomach is growling . I just remembered that I haven't eaten anything since I was sent to this world . " Jack thought .

" System , is there any food in this mansion that I can eat ? " Jack asked .

[ Of course , sir . ]

[ Let's head to the room on the far left of the stairs . That's where the banquet hall is located. ]

Without further ado , Jack then walked towards the room referred to by the system . How shocked Jack was when he opened the door to the room. Jack saw that the room was like a luxurious banquet venue that Jack had only ever seen in a movie about European empires in the Middle Ages.

" System , did the mansion I built before look like this ? " Jack asked with a look of shock mixed with confusion .

[Actually, I have turned this mansion into a more luxurious one as a gift for Master. ]

" Gift ? ! ! " Jack shouted in shock .

[ Yes sir . This is a gift because you have agreed to enter into this world. ]

[ There is something else I need to show Master after you eat this meal . ]

Regardless of the last words spoken by the system , Jack immediatelyate the food that had been spread out in front of him. For several minutes , not a word came out of Jack 's mouth . There was only the sound of cutlery clashing and the sound of Jack's mouth continuing to chew food. Jack seems to really enjoy his first meal in this foreign world.

" The taste is not bad as food in another world . In fact , it can be said to be better than the ramen that I always eat every night . " Jack said while spooning food on the table . Not long after , Jack finally finished enjoying his food with a face that looked very satisfied .

" Ah , the potatoes ! " Jack said , rubbing his stomach .

[Is Master satisfied with the food? ] Jack just nodded his head in agreement when he heard the question from the system .

[Now, I want to show something to Mr. ]

" Can we postpone that first . I want to rest a bit . " Jack said refusing the request from the system smoothly . Several hours later , Jack finally woke up from his sleep . The sunlight that had been accompanying him had changed to moonlight that penetrated through the open gaps in the curtains.

" Ah , how many hours have I been asleep ? " Jack asked himself .

" System , can you hear me ? " Jack asked the system .

[ Very clear , sir . ]

" Is there anything you 'd like to show me ? " Jack asked .

[ Are you ready ? ]

" Yes , show me right now ! " Jack ordered .

[ Okay sir . Please go to the lobby. ]

After hearing what the system said , Jack rushed to the lobby of his mansion .

" Then ? " Jack asked confused .

[Now you can see that under the stairs there are 5 doors, each of which connects the lobby to a room. ]

[ The far left door is the banquet room that you have entered . Then, next to it is a bedroom that you can use to rest. ]

[ Then , in the center there is a library room which contains various books containing information about this world . ]

[ The next door contains an empty room that you can use as a warehouse . And finally , is the treasure room . The room that contains all the money and valuables that you have collected while playing this game. ]

" W - what ? The treasury ? " Jack said in complete shock .

" Do I have so much wealth that I have to make a room to store it ? " Jack continued .

[The treasure in question is all money and valuable items that you win while playing Questhunt games. ]

For the umpteenth time , Jack felt confused and could not believe what he had just heard . Imperceptibly , Jack stepped into the front of the room the system referred to .

" All this time I thought , all money can not be made real . They can only be used as a virtual medium of exchange that only applies in the game . " Jack said as he opened the door in front of him .

[Yes, you are absolutely right. However , now the situation is different . This world is the real world for Tuan , so all things that are not real become the opposite . ]

Jack 's eyes lit up when he saw piles of gold and silver coins arranged neatly in the room . Apart from that , inside there were also stored several artifacts neatly lined up in a glass case . The artifact is the result of his hard work playing the Questhunt game for approximately 10 years.

"System, is this all mine " Jack asked in disbelief .

[ Exactly , sir . ]

Jack was seen sitting on one of the sofas in the treasury with a big smile on his face .
