Why would Brett not mention Grace? And how powerful is this guy? I knew he was the CEO, but could he be something else? I was glad that I decided to stay and let Luke and Jasmine help me. But would they be in danger if I stayed longer?

Jasmine: Okay. Now we just need to fill in some paperwork and schedule an appointment with an OBGYN. Since we know its Brett Johnson..Please do not go out in public without Luke....If you don't want Luke I will find a body guard. But I would prefer Luke.

Annabeth: Wait! What? Why would I need a body guard? Am I in this much danger?!

Jasmine: Listen...I'll tell you that Brett is not only a CEO but he is the Mafia...That's all I can say okay. As far as the body guard its for your own good and the baby. Not to metion it would make me feel better too. Is Luke okay to be your body guard?

AnnaBeth: OMG! Okay I am officially scared. Y..yyy...yeah Luke can be that's fine.

Jasmine: I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. Great! One more tiny little thing....While you are with Luke..If anyone asks you guys are together... It's really are only and best option to protect you more.

AnnaBeth: Of course it is....Yeah okay... I got it

The door slams shut and Luke runs into the kitchen.

"Don't say a word. Do not open the door. Stay quite. Brett is here and he wants you back.", he said. *Knock, Knock,Knock* "OPEN THE DOOR! I KNOW SHE IS WITH YOU! I KNOW SHE IS HERE!," yelled Brett. Great he has found me. I can't let him get me. Luke walks out of the kitchen and opens the door. I didn't want to look but I was afraid for Luke. Finding all this out about Brett...well he could really hurt Luke.

Brett: Well....well....well if it isn't Luke the loser. How long has it been now? Forget it..That little slut is here. So where is she?

Luke: Listen Brett, if she was here I don't have to tell you. Now get in your car and leave. You have 5 seconds.

That's all I heard because next thing we heard a loud *BANG* *BANG*. My heart shrunk because I knew Brett had killed Luke. I was afraid to move but Jasmine said I needed to go into the safe room and stay she came and got me. She showed me the safe room and I went in. I was afraid because if Brett killed Luke then he will kill Jasmine and I'll die in the safe room. It felt like forever but I was relived when Jasmine opened the door and standing behind her was Luke. I ran and gave them both a big hug. I didn't want to ask what happened to Brett became I knew they would tell me in time.

"I'm sorry Annabeth...Everything is okay. Now we need to finish this paperwork." Luke said. What paperwork do we need to finish? I told Jasmine almost everything.

Jasmine: Yes, I am sorry. Now I have a friend that is an OBGYN. I can see is she can get you in. If she cannot I will need to check other towns. But I need to know where you came from so we don't go in that direction.

AnnaBeth: Sure..I lived in Seawood City. I think its about 3 or 4 hours from here. I don't really know because I wasn't paying attention.

Jasmine: Thank you. I'll give her a call while you fill out this paperwork.

She hands me the paperwork and I start filling it out. This look like your standard medical paper work you have to fill out for a doctor. Wait a minute, Brett knew Luke...How does Luke know Brett? Is this really a safe place for me to be? Well I mean that might sound kinda stupid because Luke didn't give me up....and I did heat a gun shot....But still how did they know each other. Luke walks into the kitchen and sets beside me. Jasmine gets up to call her friend to see if she can get me in. I hope she can because I really don't want to go to another town.

Luke: I think you need some self defense training but we will have to be careful since you are pregnant.

Annabeth: Yeah...Maybe I can ask the doctor if that would be okay?

Luke: We will wait and see..but yeah that would be a good question. *Jasmine walks back in*

Jasmine: Okay so my friend is able to get you an appointment.....but it is tommorrow at 11am.

Annabeth: Oh wow okay! I'm excited and nervous. My first appointment!

Luke: It will be okay. I will be there with you all the way.

Annabeth: Thanks Luke. I'm starving....anyone else hungry? I could make some sliders and french fries?

Luke: Actucally you don't have to cook today. Rachel went to the diner and got us some food as one last job for her as she moves on. So its all in the oven. Shall we eat.

Jasmine: Agree.

AnnaBeth: Yes!

Me and Jasmine get the plates while luke sets the food on the table. This all looked some yummy! Meatloaf, mash potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, corn bread and pie! I filled my plate full and started digging in. I could care less what I looked like eating but Luke kept looking at me. After we got done eatinf Jasmine said goodnight and left. She didn't stay here at the house she had her own little place located on the ranch. Luke walks me to my room and that is when I noticed how strong he looks. His muscles was so big he could probably bust open a watermellon by squeezing it. It didn't help that he took his shirt off because his abs....looked so yummy. Look I don't know what came over me..I blame the hormones. But when we got to my bedroom door I kissed him...right on the lips.
