Finally, the marriage certificate was finally signed, it ached my heart to know that I am not returning to Bernie's Ville as a bachelor, but as a married man.
"Welcome to the family bro," Benedict said patting me on the shoulder.
We were out of the house ready to return to my home, I needed good bed rest. I pray silently that Daisy does not pose a problem to me.
Finally, I saw her coming out of the house with a big box and I wondered if we had packed the whole house in it.
"It is a two months break from home, so why travel with your ancestors?" I asked provocatively.
"You better shut the f**k up, loser," she let out ignoring my annoying words.
I rolled my eyes at her.
"Thank God, we will have peace of mind in this house," Nathan said.
