As I walked towards my car, I noticed Mr. Tanyi following me behind, I knew exactly what he wanted to tell me something, it was obvious.
"Doctor Norman, wait a minute please," he called out.
I stopped beside my car as. waited for him to walk towards me to tell me whatever he had in mind to say.
"I want you to forgive Pearl for the manner in which she takes to talk to you, please, find a place in your heart to forgive her," he apologized on his daughter's behalf.
This wealthy man that stood before me was showing signs of maturity like it is only a great man like him could ask for forgiveness even when his daughter's stupidity was getting out of hand.
Who am I to deny his apology rather than accept it gladly? I wondered.
