You have a new message.
I frown at the reminder and check it. The message comes from Diana and I have a gut feeling that the plan may not go well.
Diana: Do you see Ryan?
I quickly reply: No. He is not with you guys?
Diana: No he hasn’t shown up.
I glance at my watch and my confusion grows. Ryan has great time-control so in theory he won’t be late, especially not for this big moment.
Diana: Do you think Ryan stood us up because he changed his mind?
I type a “No” and then delete it, pondering on the possibility Diana suggests.
