I walked back into my room after

breakfast with the black card Willbert gave

me, I really wanted to go out, but i

haven't mastered this city very well. I

remembered Brianna taking me around

the day before the gala, but I was too

exhausted that day to remember the

places we went to.

I got into my closet, wore a black biker

short, a white chanel sweater and a

stilletos. I picked my purse and left the

room. I found my way back to the grand

floor using the elevator this time. "

Madam, master asked me to hand this

files over to you and this lovely gifts!"

Gaius said. He was holding few files in

his hands, a large flower and a mini red

package.

"Thank you Gaius, you can keep them in

my room!" I said to have him,he bow and

leave. I walked further to the lounge to

see Lily walking out of a corner fully

dressed and ready to go out. "What are

you up to Lily" I asked. "Master

asked me to go with you for shopping

today and if you still insist I shouldn't go

with you, then i can also get youa

personal shopper!" She said bowing.

"Get me the personal shopper then!" |

said to her. She smiled at my words as

if not surprised by my option.

Soon the personal shopper arrived. "

have similar attitude, but Willbert has a

darker side. "I'll be in the car!" He said

as he walked out of the mansion. "Are

you two together now?" I whispered to

Annie the moment she got close to me

to have her smile coyly. I was aghast by

the sudden revelation. "What?" She

asked.

"You told me he was an asshole last

night, and this morning you're back

together that's so....Wierd!" I said

gesturing my hands for the maids and

every other person to leave the lounge.

mean, when did you and Willbert start

getting along?" She said

"Come on don't compare our

relationship to yours, we're only playing

a game to make our fake long marriage

interesting" I said to her. "Fake

brother!" Annie said.

no man can take advantage of you

cause they'd be scared of your family.

an expiring date!" I said to her. I just

hate thinking of my life but I can't run

away from reality forever, one day I and

Willbert would be over, and I don't know

We walked out of the mansion together

towards the white maybach prepared

for us. "Hello madam, l'm Peter your

chauffeur for the day!" A brown haired

man said. "Okay!" I said to him, and he

bowed and walked into the car.

"Annie, please help a sister in need!" I

said to her sweetly. She narrowed her

eyes starring at me suspiciously. "What

do you want Rose?" I heard her ask.

Let's go shopping together, it'll be much

more fun with you around!" I said to her

. "You don't need to ask, if there's one

thing you don't know about me is that

I'm a shopping goddess!" She said with

pride. "But, everything's on you including

my little expenses right?" She added.

"Yes, yes let's go!" I said. "Hold on

need to tell my baby a goodbye!" She

said excitedly as she ran to Lukas's car

they talked for a while and Annie came

back with a black card in her hands.

She smiled twirling the card in the air

excitedly at me. I smiled.

Annie's enthusiasm is so much that no

one around her can ever be unhappy.

For nowI don't think she has any flaws

l'm aware of. I think the bond we have

would last even after I and Alex are no

longer together.

Lukas smiled looking at Annie's cute act

as he drove off. I and Annie left after

some time. Lily and Tom Du' followed

behind with another car. We were

excorted out of the estate by five

convoys to a boutique.

We arrived at a 'Mikimoto' boutique 'the

best pearl jewelry' store in New York

according to my shopping mentor. We

got out of the car with Elena and Tom

beside us. The bodyguards took their

position at the entrance of the boutique.

"Hello, welcome to Mikimoto'!" The

sales associate welcomed us in with a

smile. He was wearing a well ironed

black suit, his black hair was neatly

arranged backwards. He looked

advanced maybe he could be in his

fifties or so.

"I would love to speak with your

manager!" Tom said to have the man

nod. "Very well then, she'd be with you

shortly. Please have a seat and make

yourself comfortable. Would you like a

coffee please!" He said. "Water, I would

love a glass of water!" Annie said and he

nodded at her words. I asked for water

too as we all sat down except Lily

cause of her position.

"Well if you'd excuse me!" He walked

away.

Willbert office

Two pairs of black shoes walked

gracefully towards a black door as a

hand moved swiftly and open the door.

Good afternoon Mr Willbert and Mr Lukas!"

A male voice spoke. Willbert and Lukas

we're astonished by the figure in front of

them. It's been two years now since

they last saw him. What the hell is he

doing here? They were dumbstruck by

the presence of the figure smiling at

them.

"Dude, this must be a dream!" Lukas

said, he knew how long he has pleaded

to this man, begging him to come back

but he refused to listen. "What finally

made this lost soul return back home?"

Willbert spoke unhurriedly. "Who's the new

lady of the comigo and Wilson's empire

?" He asked.
