I looked over to where my mother in law was sitting. Two seats were vacant. My mother and father's pictures sat on the chair. My mother was a beautiful woman. She hand long pitch black hair and green eyes. Her eyes always turned between brown and green depending on the weather. My father was different. He had a head full of blonde hair and brown eyes. I had my father's features but I had my mom's eyes and hair. I felt lump in my throat trying to swallow my tears.
