Loris was shocked to hear Miss Ruwina's words.
"How could you say that, Miss Ruwina?" Loris screeched.
"I only said what was on your mind, Mr. Carson." Miss Ruwina didn't want to take the blame. "Your brother struggles between life and death, but you're thinking about a woman. I really don't understand what you're thinking."
"You think I'm cruel," Loris asked. "I wonder if Michael still has a chance to get back with Clarissa."
"Clarissa will accept Michael for who he is. I know very well who Clarissa is," Miss Ruwina replied.
"I don't want Clarissa to care for Michael in his condition. Michael has done too much damage to Clarissa."
