After leaving the Mafia King's office, Sophie dropped Sarah at home and headed to Nathaniel's home. She could understand why he wasn't in school and also why he didn't go to work.
She stopped her car in front of his house and walked into his apartment. On reaching there, she knocked on the door and patiently waited for someone to open it, praying silently for it not to be Cassie.
Unfortunately for her, the door opened and Cassie popped out her face, her countenance changing from sad to angry.
" What do you want? ", She asked, coming outside and shutting the door behind her.
" I'm here to see Nathaniel " , she said, trying not to sound rude to her but Cassie wasn't having any of it.
" Nathaniel doesn't want to see you ", she stated firmly.
" Please Cassie, I just want to talk to him
