Atlas's P.O.V.

Things have been going well over the last couple of years. I was so happy to be done with school and get a real job. Mr. Parks said that I should work on gaining experience before trying to open a restaurant.
Boy am I glad he had me do that.
The restaurant life is intense. I love it, don't get me wrong. I'm just not sure if owning a restaurant is what I want now.
I love cooking. It's most definitely my passion. I'm just not sure that the hustle and bustle of everyday restaurant life is for me. It's definitely not what I'm used to, and it's ridiculously hard to get a set schedule. I don't like that at all.
So, I had a conversation with Mr. Parks about how I was feeling. I have a business license. I'm a culinary graduate
