When I arrived at the office on Monday morning, I immediately sensed that something was different.
Instead of the usual sleepy atmosphere that greeted everyone before work officially began, the entire department buzzed with excitement.
"What happened?" I asked as I placed my bag on my desk.
One of my coworkers looked up and grinned. "You haven't heard?"

"Our former manager officially resigned."
