Colossus Desert is the most challenging place on heavens where none had set foot on after the chaos as it is where the nine-tailed beast lives guarding the fruit of life. Before the fight among the heavens and the demon realm, this place was one of the safest to be. Yet, now even goddesses are restricted to enter. Selene wipes some excess sweat on her forehead while trying to inhale a couple of air. She suddenly recalled the conversation they had with her aunt back in the Vermillion Tribe, "You need to eat one piece of the fruit of life to hide one existence inside your womb."
Lucky for her aunt as she was able to get the fruit without any difficulty as no beast was guarding the tree before. If not for the demons' selfish motives, they, too, won't have to face such a problem.
