My laps are done and I am breathing like someone who escaped death. I gulp down a water bottle as fast as I can enjoying the rich taste of water.Some of it runs down the side of my lips and wipe it before it creates a trial. I am sprawled in the ground with no care in the world, as enjoy this little time before I have Beta Aiden dragging me a cross the field and forcing me to train with the others.
“ Reed!” Beta Aiden shouts from where he is standing.
I groan out in frustration. The last thing I want is to be here. I take awfully slow to get up to irritate him even further.
He stamps over to where I am and sits on the grass next to me. I glance over at his side before I look somewhere else to the mountains that surround the pack.
