I am the at pole again tied up and it's sunny today. It's been two days now and it hasn't been easy. The meal I had with Xavier saved me a great deal of hunger. But my stomach is making summersaults of its own. Mara is restless and she keeps pacing around walking as far as the leash can allow. She doesn't like being tired down, she would rather be running in the forest.
‘Why is mate doing this to us?’ She asks.
She sounds sad way too sad she can't comprehend what is happening, why it's even happening.
‘ It's not mate it's Lexi.’
‘No Lucy it's mate!! He is the one that put us back here not her.’
She is heartbroken, how do I even explain it to her to make her understand? She watches everything that happens and to her, it's Kayden hurting her.
