The next morning, Alina was taking inventory of the medical supplies when Bridgit showed up, looking less than completely put together and running late. "Where have you been?" Alina asked in a hushed tone.
"I got caught up with the General last night," she whispered. "I didn't realize how late it had gotten and I ended up sleeping in. He didn't wake me when he left!"
"You spent the whole night with him?"
Bridgit frantically nodded, "no one else needs to know, okay?"
"My lips are sealed. But If you keep this up I'd suggest you not come in late and draw attention to yourself, people will figure it out," Alina answered.
