In the area of commerce in the city of Calapan, where large establishments are slowly emerging, a guest is about to arrive. Many police officers and soldiers are waiting along JP Rizal Street. Soon, a black car with number one on its license plate slowly approaches. Along with it are motorcycles with the Philippine flag on the front. Their sirens can be heard throughout the area. Many people are waiting there. The tinted window of the black car beside the driver slowly opens. A man who seems to be bald on the top of his head and wearing glasses peeks out. He waves to the people and many of them are delighted. They continued until they reached the Capitol. There, a group of young people were holding placards. The window of the black car slowly closed because of this. "Stop mining! Don't destroy Mindoro!" These are the shouts of the youth carrying the words No To Mining. When the black car arrived inside the Capitol, the guests on board got off. The employees welcomed him as if he were a king, putting flower necklaces on him. Then a smiling man in yellow approached him. He was older and had a big belly. "Welcome to Oriental Mindoro, dear president." They shook hands and smiled at each other. Then they entered the Capitol building together. They walked up to the second floor and went to the meeting place. When they opened the big door, they were greeted by foreigners wearing beautiful clothes. They sat around a long table. They were also accompanied by Filipinos wearing fancy clothes. At that moment, the signing of the President to allow five mining companies to mine on the island of Mindoro would take place.
