‘I haven’t even asked the name of your pack.’ Velvet faced him, her grey eyes bright.
‘We are the Moon Valley pack.’
‘Are all packs named after the moon?’
‘No, they aren’t. Most of the packs around this country have moon in their name. Now that I think about it I wonder if it has anything to do with the Moon Witch.’
‘Perhaps. The priestess and the goddess have both been guiding me here. I think it is a site of importance to my ancestors. The sacred place I found last night was more powerful than I have felt before. It felt like a Moon Witch had created that space.’
