“Oh. Right.” We said our goodbyes, waved and I had to pull my mind out of thoughts about Nate, and our future date. We had a lot to talk about. I headed around the corner, and down a hallway, with just minutes before my class. Odd how night classes tended to be less populated, and it made it easier to get to my class. Problem was, I'd forgotten which room history was in. Having only been there once, and afterwards being frightened by a clown in the parking lot tended to erase any memories of what room I'd been in. I paused near a classroom, and slipped off my backpack to get out my class schedule, hoping it was still in there somewhere. I envisioned it in a crumpled ball at the bottom. But it wasn't there.
