“He is Missy’s Mate!” The shock hitting quickly, then all the other emotions, I wasn’t aware of being involved.
The reality of the situation crashing down on me. He has a mate, he is my friend's mate, he lied to me, he lied to her. With my temper climbing now, but in addition to the temper, I have an uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach, guilt.
I am shocked, I didn't think Lance was the sort of guy to treat a woman like that, he has always been so good with me, admittedly I am not his mate, but still.
How can he do such a thing? Worse still now I need to work out what I should do. If he really is like that to any woman, he should pay for not only his infidelities, but also his lies to the women he cheats with.
